I started my journey as a size 20/22 I have PCOS and Endometriosis and have always found it hard to lose weight, after battling my weight for years and trying numerous methods of weight loss that failed and also going through fertility treatment my weight increased and my heath decreased, this is when I found The 1:1 Diet and never looked back. I also had a hysterectomy which caused my hormones and weight to fluctuate by using plan again I tackled the post surgery weight gain. I never thought it was possible but it was. I trusted plan and even though its mentally tough at times I know how it feels to struggle.

Steven gained weight due to comfort eating and struggled to lose it again, with The 1:1 Diet he has lost 3 stone and now feels great.
