 Hi I'm Kim, I lost 5 stone*  and I’m Steven I lost 3 stone* on The 1:1 Diet.

There is two of us but don't worry you don't need to see us both.

We offer 1-2-1 support with a flexible mobile service to your home or work place or remote weigh ins with direct to dieter and products delivered direct to your door. Dieting has never been so easy. 

I started my journey as a size 20/22 I have PCOS and Endometriosis and have always found it hard to lose weight, after battling my weight for years and trying numerous methods of weight loss that failed and also going through fertility treatment my weight increased and my heath decreased, this is when I found The 1:1 Diet and never looked back. I am now a Size 10 and have maintained my weight loss for over 8 years it truly changed my life. I never thought it was possible but it was.

Steven gained weight due to comfort eating and struggled to lose it again, with The 1:1 Diet he has lost 3 stone and now feels great.

We have been through our own journey’s and have helped hundreds of people get to their goal weight and change their lives. We help provide the best plan for your lifestyle and provide the support you require to get to your target weight and guidance on maintaining your weight long term.
