Helen is rubbish and won’t let us have nice things.  However after beginning thinking I'd struggle to lose 3 stone, after lots of convincing and support to push myself, here I am 5.5 months down the line and 6 stone lighter which I couldn't have done without her! - Helen is amazeballs.
