After 20 years of trying many diets I finally came to the realisation when embarking on The 1:1 Diet journey in 2014 that the issue was never about food but everything about me and how I chose to interact with food. I embarked on a journey of change and now 11 years on share everything I have learned with each person who chooses me as their supporter in their own amazing journey. It's the best investment you ever make and also the most freeing when you learn to take the power back!!!
