From the first contact I received a prompt, friendly and very informative response from Anne and Peter. Any reservations I had were quickly put at ease after my first 1:1 meeting. I’ve lost 5 stone* so far on this plan, it really works. I’ve struggled with my weight for many years and tried all the other usual diets and failed every time. I can’t recommend Anne and Peter and The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan enough, it’s completely changed my life and for the first time in a long time I feel healthy, confident and happy.

I had lost weight before using CWP but put it all back on. When I spoke with Peter about his weight loss I could really relate and the advice he gave me was fantastic. The penny finally dropped about making permanent changes as well as losing weight and I really appreciated having a male Consultant to speak too especially on the weeks I struggled or made mistakes. As Peter said the mistakes gave me the best opportunity to learn a lot about myself and then put things in place to stop me making any more. Can’t recommend him enough!
