My involvement with Teresa was to enable me to lose weight and meet a goal. Teresa is so supportive, explained the concept of the diet and answered all questions that I needed answers for.  What I've appreciated most is that I can contact her at any time even though I am at goal and maintaining.  Having spoken to other friends who have had different Consultants, I feel that I was very lucky to have Teresa as my Consultant and who I now call a friend.
