Hi, I’m Laureen.
I’ve been supporting men and women since 2007 to lose weight and keep it off through The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. I am a Trusted Consultant, which means I’ve completed all the required training and accreditation to support you safely and effectively, with professional guidance you can feel confident in from day one.
Being a Trusted Consultant means you’re not doing this alone. You’ll be supported with clear, structured advice, ongoing encouragement, and a plan designed to work around your lifestyle, not against it. It also means you’re guided by someone who understands both the practical and emotional side of weight loss, helping you stay focused, motivated, and supported throughout your journey.
I understand that weight loss is about more than just food. It’s about habits, mindset, motivation, and learning how to manage real life alongside a plan. My role is to help remove the barriers that often get in the way of lasting success, supporting you through busy schedules, holidays, celebrations, and changes in routine so you can build confidence and skills for long-term weight management.
I offer flexible support including free 1:1 appointments, Zoom calls, daytime, evening and weekend availability, weekly check-ins, delivery direct to your door, and access to supportive Facebook and WhatsApp groups. There’s no contract, just ongoing, personalised support designed around you.
