In 7 months I have lost 5 stone, my husband has lost 3 ½ stone. We were set in a routine of takeaways or whatever's quick? My husband was a fussy eater who ate all the wrong foods.
The 1:1 meals are delightful, and Bel showed us masses of ShakeItUp recipes. She was always there for us when we had those initial weak moments.
