About Me

After trying many various diets in the past, I came across Cambridge Weight Plan and I have never looked back, having gone from a size 18 down to a comfortable 12 with ease and enjoyment and most importantly I have maintained my new look, where as in the past it was so easy for me to regain the weight I lost.

Being a qualified counsellor and psychologist, I understand the difficulties balancing a busy family, home and career and finding time to look after yourself can be very hard. With One2One Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan it doesn't have to be that way. The steps are so easy to follow. I felt so empowered by what I had achieved I have embarked on my next step to help others with their weight loss goals.

I started this diet after Lyndsey lost all her weight. After a few weeks and seeing how she was sticking to it even with a busy schedule and 4 children to look after, I thought I'll give it a try. Last week I went for my annual health review. My nurse was amazed at how much I have lost and when she looked through my records found that the last time I weighed anything like this was in 2000. I've still got some weight to lose but I know with Lyndsey's help I will get there.
