About Me

After trying many various diets in the past, I came across 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and I have never looked back, having gone from a size 18/20 down to a comfortable 12 with ease and enjoyment, where as in the past it was so easy for me to regain the weight I lost.

I understand the difficulties balancing a busy family, home and career and finding time to look after yourself can be very hard. With the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan it doesn't have to be that way, the steps are so easy to follow. I felt so empowered by what I had achieved I became a consultant and never looked back! Helping 100’s of clients along the way.

I started this diet after Lyndsey lost all her weight. After a few weeks and seeing how she was sticking to it even with a busy schedule and 4 children to look after, I thought I'll give it a try. Last week I went for my annual health review. My nurse was amazed at how much I have lost and when she looked through my records found that the last time I weighed anything like this was in 2000. I've still got some weight to lose but I know with Lyndsey's help I will get there.
