A bit about us:

We are full time Consultants. Hayley... I had been overweight for most of my adult life, i had tried various diets but never managed to keep it up long term, and never got to my dream weight until I discovered The 1:1 Diet by  Cambridge Weight Plan. It has changed my life. I lost 6 stone*, going from 18/20 to 6/8 and got my life back.

When I was overweight it prevented me from being actively involved in my families’ lives.  I'm now fitter, healthier, more active, go out more, have more confidence, and enjoy life!

I have now been maintaining my weight loss for 10 years,  and made a complete lifestyle change thanks to The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. I will support, encourage and motivate you to your goal and beyond. Its never too late to start on a journey to a new you!
