I can not begin to praise my Consultant Hayley enough,  always there day or night for me with support, motivation and inspiration, also living proof that the plan works and can be maintained as a lifestyle change.  Her time given to me keeps me on track with my own life changing journey and I feel so happy that I chose her as my Consultant, I couldn't have asked for any better. If I get stuck along the way she always seems to push me and come up with the answer for which I'm truly grateful.
