I never thought I would be in the position of being overweight and unhappy. After having my first of three children I knew that I needed to do something to lose the 'baby weight' and once I discovered The 121 Diet I never looked back! Fast, effective, easy to follow and 1-1 support, what more could I ask for in a weight loss programme! Now I have completed my journey as a slimmer and want to help others through theirs!

As your One 2 One Diet Consultant I will support and motivate you and to help you reach your goal. Having followed the plan myself I know how hard it can be and use that experience to help you.

You will receive ONE TO ONE SUPPORT and follow a plan that is tailored around YOU and YOUR LIFESTYLE.

I offer appointments at my office or am mobile throughout the North-West.
