I have the latest body composition scanner letting us know what’s going on inside your body, giving us vital readings on your body fat %, muscle mass %, visceral fat (around your organs) and plenty more.

A  little about me:

After having my daughter (19 years ago) my weight started to spiral out of control.I tried many different diets but just couldn't stick to them with me yo yo dieting. I then had two more children which lead to more weight gain. I tried to lose weight but struggled to stay focused with such a busy family life. I lost my confidence, became a recluse and made any excuse not to go out. I then discovered The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and which changed my life , I lost over 5 stone* going from a size 22 to a 12/14. I'm now happier with my weight, got my confidence and life back. I then became a consultant to support clients on a 1:1 basis just like I had been.

I've got over 10 years experience in helping people lose weight and supported hundreds of clients on a 1:1 basis helping them achieve their weight loss goals.

I'm very passionate about giving all my clients the right support from start to finish and through maintaining your loss as this is just as a vital.

I share my time between my home in a fully stocked private consultation room and Leek Weight Loss Centre and I can provide mobile visits if required.
