About me

I dropped four dress sizes with Cambridge Weight Plan from a size 22 to a size 14.

I have been on different ‘diets’ for most of my adult life. I have PCOS which does make losing weight more of a challenge. The 1:1 Diet is the only plan that worked for me, which is why I became a Consultant. I believe in it and know it works and I want to support and help you achieve your goal weight and maintain it.

I hated shopping for clothes, avoided mirrors and social situations. I thought that people were talking about my weight behind my back, but I couldn't be sure. It was a horrible feeling but now I feel happy in myself. I'm friendly and sociable and I love shopping again.
