Over the years I have done every diet out there, joined groups, sitting in a roomful of people waiting to be weighed and done on-line. Ordered pills and tried drinks/products and yo-yo'd for way too long. 
I realised what an emotional eater I was and it was time to have a better relationship with food.

Today I messaged my consultant to see if I could collect my products early. This was not a problem. Julie went ahead and made my order and placed it in the small fridge inside her wooden cupboard outside her Summerhouse. Julie is great. For most of my life I battled with my weight. I actually thought I was genetically predispositioned to be chubby since diets only worked if I barely ate! I was so wrong.
