Wanted to say a big Thank You to Louise, she has been of great support to me through my weight loss journey so far, I still have a way to go. When I have had a gain she has always been very supportive and positive. It was a lovely surprise when I got home one day to find a certificate through the post to congratulate me on losing my first stone and the supportive text messages she sends are a boost when I have been having a bad day so thanks again to Louise for your continue support and advice.
