Weigh-ins don’t ever make me feel as if I’ve failed, I’m in trouble, or the embarrassment which some other diet plans do, especially when you are surrounded by others! Your personality is warm and friendly, creating an environment as if popping in to see a friend, chatting things over and getting advice and support. I certainly don’t feel like just another number!
