After my first week on plan I was ready to give up-I hated all the products and didn't see how I could do it! Sam got me round and made up various different products and sat with me whilst I tried to find some I liked... Which took a while! Absolutely lovely lady, what I most like is that she doesn't expect you to be perfect or make you feel guilty for not being.

Sam is exactly what a Consultant should be - friendly, effervescent, unbiased, engaging, always smiley and positive...even when I have had a  difficult week.  This is my 2nd time using the diet, but I do believe the right Consultant makes all the difference.  
 

I started in lockdown and my journey has just started, but I do believe I wouldn't have got this far without Sam.
