Sam's story

“I lost 2 stone and have kept it off for 12 years** and it’s honestly changed my life.”

 

My weight loss journey really began 24 years ago when I had my daughter. Like so many new mums, my body changed a lot. I gained weight and, no matter what diet I tried, I just couldn’t get back to my pre-baby self. Every failed attempt chipped away at my confidence. I felt so unhappy and uncomfortable in my own skin.

 

One day, I decided enough was enough. I needed to take back control and step outside my comfort zone. That’s when I picked up the phone and called my local 1:1 Diet Consultant. I wasn’t sure I could stick to it but from day one, I realised how different this plan was. It was simple, structured, and it actually worked. No endless weighing or measuring just delicious products and steady, exciting results.

 

The changes came quickly. My clothes started to feel looser, my energy came back, and I found myself looking forward to my weekly weigh-ins. The day I slipped into a pair of jeans I’d kept for years, ones I never thought I’d wear again. I cried happy tears.

 

Since then, I’ve maintained my 2-stone loss for over 12 years with The 1:1 Diet Steps. I’ve enjoyed holidays, celebrations, and nights out where I’ve overindulged. I’ve simply gone back on plan and taken control again.

 

I finally feel happy, confident, and proud when I look in the mirror. I love going shopping now, not dreading the fitting room like I used to. My life feels lighter in every sense of the word.

I just want to say a huge thank you to you for helping me to lose weight. I feel like me again as I had got to a very unhappy point and hated the sight of myself on photographs. There's still a long way to go but with your support I know that it is achievable.
