Hi I'm Kelli! I've been a consultant since 2013 after losing 5 stone in 5 months. I'm passionate about the plan and about ending the unhappiness, lack of self confidence and health problems that often go hand in hand with weight issues. It's my full time job so you can be sure you're my top priority.

I like to do everything I can to help you in your journey and I aim to make weight loss as enjoyable and exciting as I can! 

There's a good chance that if you're reading this then you're probably feeling much the same as I did a couple of years ago. I was at my heaviest and hid under layers of clothes to try and disguise my size.

I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember and can't remember a time when getting slimmer wasn't on my mind. I had tried every diet with little success and if you could count up the amount of stones I've lost and gained over the years it would be well into double figures! 

After having my second daughter my weight was at an all time high- I had NEVER been that heavy. The 1:1 Diet changed all of that for me. I got my life, my confidence and 'me' back....and so can you!

I'm now passionate about helping others. Whatever reasons you have for wanting to lose weight, I will work with you to find the best programme, overcome obstacles and succeed in getting where you want to be.

Kelli is super at supporting and guiding you through your journey.
