Since getting married and having my two children I had piled on the pounds. I had tried all sorts of diets and lost a bit here and a bit there, nothing kept me motivated enough to stick with it.  That's when I discovered The 1;1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and lost weight quickly and have kept it off. It has changed my life, my attitude to food and my relationship with food. I have now gone from 15stone to 10stone* and couldn't be happier.

I offer a friendly caring consultancy, working with you to tailor a diet that suits your needs and lifestyle.  I offer a long term weight loss after care management to help you stay at your goal. I am 100% committed to my business and clients, I work full time, 7 days a week including evenings. I also offer out of hours support, texts, phone calls and a private Facebook support group for my clients only.

I have an office at home in Felpham and i'm mobile in areas from Chichester through to Brighton and all surrounding areas. Or I can support you virtually/romotely from anywhere in the UK. 

Once you have reached your goal weight I will stay in contact with you to ensure you DO NOT put weight back on and your welcome to pop in and have a free weigh-in and a cuppa any time.
