During the time Helen has been my consultant, there is no question that her constant support has helped me keep on track. She encourages me, she doesn't judge, she motivates and all with a smile on her face and optimism in her voice. She has a very positive attitude - which is just what you need when you are in those dark hours and a chocolate bar is calling saying "choose me, choose me". I believe I am very lucky to have found Helen as my consultant.
