IN 2013 my life and health changed for the better when i first discovered The 1: 1 Diet and losing 3 and a half stone i have never looked back. I lost weight fast,healthily and most importantly I've kept it off using our fantastic steps plan. I offer 1:1 support virtually(UK wide) and in person from my private clinic in Irvine, Ayrshire

I am a highly experienced Consultant offering consultations 7days a week from 6am to 10pm, I am extremely flexible to fit in with your life/work commitments.I have successfully supported 1000s  of people to achieve their goals and believe in themselves again,we are in this together.

Ive been there, i know how it feels.If you have 1stone or 10 stone to lose i can help.

A simple call, text or email is all it takes to connect with me, I will provide you with more information, an informal chat and book a flexible relaxed one to one appointment my office Irvine, or Remotely via video call, zoom or any method that works best for you and your needs.

Appointments available 7 days a week, daytime,evening and weekend.

The support I offer is 24/7.

  • One to one 30 minute appointments or shorter if that suits you, no group weigh ins, this is your time..
  • Long term weight management advice and support.
  • No Consultant fees or weigh in fees.
  • Face to face or remote support with delivery direct to your door.
  • Free membership to a private supportive Facebook support group.
  • Remote consultations available 
  • The opportunity to join my fabulous team.

I look after a team of fabulous Consultants throughout the UK .if i cant help you personally i will ensure i match you with one of my amazing team of consultants who will be able to meet your needs.
