IN 2013 my life and health changed for the better when i first discovered The 1: 1 Diet and losing 3 and a half stone i have never looked back. I lost weight fast,healthily and most importantly I've kept it off using our fantastic steps plan. I manage The 1:1 Diet Weight Plan Centre in Irvine town centre, at Unit 3, 44-46 Bank Street Irvine KA12 0LP,we have a private car park at the rear. I cover any area not only local as I also offer remote weigh ins as well as face to face in my office,

I am an experienced Consultant offering consultations 7days a week from 6am to 10pm, I am extremely flexible to fit in with your life/work commitments.I have successfully supported 100s  of people to achieve their goals and feel great  over 11 years of being a consultant. 

Ive been there i know how it feels.

A simple call, text or email is all it takes to connect with me I will provide you with more information and book a flexible relaxed one to one appointment in the comfort of your own home,my office premises at Unit 3, 44-46, Bank Street Irvine, your workplace or Remotely via video call or zoom.

Appointments available 7 days a week, daytime,evening and weekend.

The support I offer is 24/7.

  • One to one 30 minute appointments or shorter if that suits you, no group weigh ins, this is your time..
  • Long term weight management advice and support.
  • No Consultant fees or weigh in fees.
  • Option of remote weigh ins or face to face.
  • Free membership to a private supportive Facebook support group.
  • Remote consultations available 
  • The opportunity to join my fabulous team.

I look after a team of fabulous Consultants throughout Ayrshire, Glasgow, and beyond.if i cant help you personally i will ensure i match you with one of my amazing team of consultants who will be able to meet your needs.
