How many times have you lost weight and put it back on?

Your past does not dictate your future. We all get lost along the way. I understand how you feel, it's a crazy mind game and without help it's hard to get out of. Well now help is at hand. Limits exist only in the mind.

We all have our reasons for gaining weight. Mine was a unhappy relationship. I let someone rule my mind and then turned to food for comfort. Then food ruled me. I had allowed someone to make me feel worthless.The bigger I got the bigger my excuses became. I then realised there is only one shot at this life and I will be damned if I remain a spectator and let life pass me by feeling like a no one and to be honest I had run out of excuses. I had to own this.

I went on to lose 8 stone 13lbs in 8 months* and I thank God I made that call. I have maintained my weight for 20 years now with an understanding that this is a lifestyle change not a temporary fix. I want to help you and show you how I did it. I am happy ,confident, full of life and enjoy every moment given.
