My God what a journey. It turned out to be the best thing I ever did. I came in with the mindset that I couldn't do it and Raj made me believe in myself. She made me see that I deserve better. She said I had to conquer my mind and boy did she show me how to that, I tried everything. I lost 7 st 9lbs with Raj. She is a no frills consultant and listened to me and what I needed. She's there on the phone 24/7 to support. She taught me lifestyle change.
