I’ve faced my own challenges, including living with an Underactive Thyroid and other health issues, so I genuinely understand the physical and emotional ups and downs you might come across. You won’t be doing this alone — we’ll work through it together.

Now, not only am I lucky enough to help others feel the same, I've completed additional training and achieved Level 3 Nutrition and Expert Consultant which means I've been trained to look at mindset, hormones, digestion so I can give you the best support.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Your first appointment will last around an hour and will be relaxed and friendly. We’ll:
- Chat about your goals and lifestyle
- Complete a Personal Record Form
- Go through how the plan works
- Decide together the best step for you
There’s always plenty of time for questions, and in between appointments I will be there for advice, support and reassurance.
