A thirteen year track record of amazing results!

I first met Claire in August 2013 and it was that day that changed my life. I'm maintaining now and and have meetings with David at the clinic who keeps me motivated and on track.  I can't thank Claire and David enough for their support, understanding, encouragement and knowledge. Cambridge changed my life and gave me confidence to change things in all aspects. Thank you both so much for everything you have done to help me. I sincerely appreciate everything xxx

David encouraged me week by week over the course of my weight loss journey and it’s fantastic to get almost instant results! I dropped from waist size 38 to a 32 - despite going on an all inclusive holiday in the middle of my plan. I have now stopped snacking and feel absolutely great and have so much energy from doing this diet!  So for me the diet was easy, especially with the one-on-one support and constant motivation I received.
