About Me

I have always struggled to lose weight due to PCOS and even more so from post-natal depression after my third baby.  I couldn’t lose weight alone and didn’t know where to start. Once I decided to commit to The 1:1 Diet and found my consultant, it was like a giant ‘weight’ had be lifted from my mind.

My Job

I have been a consultant myself now for over 13 years.  I have that empathy, experience, knowledge and understanding where you are now and how you are feeling.  I never judge; just here to support you in changing your life.

I will step into your world to learn & understand what YOU need from me and devise a suitable personal plan that suits YOUR lifestyle.
