Hi, I'm Ranya!

I have struggled with weight issues all my life, wanting to lose weight, trying all sorts of diets. When I found the 1:1Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, it felt right for me. Something had changed and I felt determined to lose weight for the last time. As the weeks progressed I saw constant weight loss, this gave me the motivation to keep going. When people started noticing, my confidence grew making me determined to reach my goal. I hope that my success can inspire people to achieve what they want.

I appreciate that we all have different lifestyles and commitments, I hope we can work together to create a plan that works best for you.

I offer free and friendly one to one consultations and endeavour to meet clients within 24 hours of first contact for initial consultation.

I am very flexible regarding appointments, including evenings and weekends.

My office is in Pontefract, on the main road which the hospital is on, and I also offer mobile visits if that is more convenient for you, and cover all the surrounding Pontefract towns, Castleford, Featherstone, Normanton, etc.

I also offer mobile visits in the Leeds and Doncaster areas.
