LOCATION:

I work from my home, in my new home office. Yes spare room older kids moved out haha.   Just outside Brechin on the way to Montrose. Parking at door, off main road. I can offer mobile visits to Kirriemuir, Blairgowrie, atbroath and surounding areas. I always have full stock so you can have a try of everything to see what you like best. 

 

I struggled with my weight for a good while especially after I had my 3rd baby. When I reached my biggest. I needed to do something. It was that plane seat belt and not allowed my baby daughter on my knee. 

Friends and family were a bit dubious to begin with. But when they saw the results and how much better I was feeling they were all for it. I have been a constant 11 years and loving seeing others reach there goals. 
 

These past few years have been hard to control my weigh since becoming ill few years ago and the dreaded happened the weight went on. Now been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.(and  now the dreaded peri menopause)I have been learning to live with it. And yes I have managed to get on plan my self again, still in progress but I can't wait to be posting my new before and after pictures. Watch this space.
