ABOUT ME:

Being overweight meant I had no confidence and shopping for clothes was a nightmare. It didn’t matter how nice the size 22 clothes were, I still felt awful in them. I dreaded being asked to go to any event.

I became an expert at laughing off my weight to others whilst feeling awful inside. My occasional stints at the gym or trying ANOTHER diet group left me feeling demotivated and a failure, so I’d comfort myself with food and quickly regain the weight, plus a few extra lbs. It was a hopeless cycle. 

Using nutritionally complete 1:1 Diet products I felt great whilst losing at a rate that kept me motivated every week. I was soon buying the clothes I loved rather than those that simply fitted. My confidence soared as the lbs melted away, plus the aches and pains of being overweight vanished.
