I then found the 1;1 Diet, and whilst on nutritional meal replacements with 1 to 1 support I lost 5 stone in 6 months & have maintained a healthy weight for over 15 years! … This was the weight loss & maintenance solution for me!

I offer in person consultations at my home office in Romford or you can access my 1 to 1 support via virtual consultations from your own home or workplace, anywhere in the UK, at a time that suits you, where I will monitor your weight loss & consider strategies to keep you motivated.  Wherever you are, you can safely have your products posted directly to you. I understand everyone’s commitments are different, so I aim to be as flexible as possible. My role is to make your journey as easy as it can be.
