AS if christmas is almost here again.....only 6 weeks to go....still time to make a huge difference,

In 2012, I found myself turning down nights out because I was embarrassed about my weight and didn't want to buy new clothes in my bigger size.....then I found the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and I can honestly say it changed my life - I went from a size 16 to 12!!

I offer a friendly caring Consultancy, working with you to tailor a diet that suits your needs and lifestyle. I offer a long term weight loss after care management to help you stay at your goal. I am 100% committed to my business & my clients, I work full time, 6 days a week including evenings and cover most of Yorkshire & Newcastle. I also offer out of hours suppport, texts, phone calls and a private Facebook support group for my clients only.
I have an office in Hemsworth, Pontefract WF9 4UD. I work mobile in all areas of YORK, Harrogate, Thirsk, Newcastle, Darlington, Durham & Sunderland.

I have a large team of Consultants covering a wide area. I will always attempt to see you myself but if I can't meet your personal needs, I can put you in contact with one of my lovely ladies to support you through your weight loss journey.
