I'd put on a stone since I got married and Chris had put on two and half stone in total since we had got together. We had tried various diets, gym workout etc without success. Debbie came over to our house that weekend to discuss our goals and the diet. She instantly made us feel comfortable and was so encouraging, after all she has been through it herself. Debbie discussed our weight loss goals. We both lost 6 pounds in the first week* and it gave us such a fantastic boost.

I had been to other diets groups in the past and had left most of them as I couldn't seem to build rapport and trust with the Consultant. Debbie changed that. When she first came to my house, it was as if I had known her for years. She chatted easily to my family and wasn't put off that my house was like Clapham junction. She gave me the confidence I needed to give CWP a go. She had even managed to convince me to get rid of my size 18 clothes which was a miracle. She’s been absolutely fantastic!

Debbie Murray is without doubt the most inspiring and supportive Consultant I've ever known. Without her support I know it would've been so hard to lose 4 stone. She was always there for me when I needed her and, if I had a bad week, she never made me feel like I'd failed. It was always so positive and really put me in charge of my own journey. Debbie is a natural Consultant and is truly a natural at helping those in need. I can never thank her enough for all she did for me.
