In 2011, in preparation for my beach wedding, I dropped from a size 16 down to size 10 in just 9 weeks*

13 years later, I'm still the same size and still loving married life...although I've now had thyroid surgery & am battling with 2 types of arthritis but still have an energetic zest for life!

I'll help you achieve your goals, no matter how big or small, but more importantly, together, as a team, we'll make sure you stay at target with FREE maintainence checks for as long as you want. 

I am passionately dedicated & committed to get you to where you want to be! I'm real & honest, friendly but firm 

I'm a multi award winning Consultant, ranked in the top 130 of all consultants & i have helped hundreds of people & i give you friendly, supportive & confidential advice during 1:1 private appointments to suit you.

I work from my dedicated Weight loss centre in Amesbury or via virtual consultation if you prefer

I run regular motivational challenges to keep you focused including 30 or 60 day challenges
