We pride ourselves in providing the best possible service tailored just for you during your weight loss and into your maintenance. 

For years both of us struggled with our weight, trying different diets and plans! Avoiding beach holidays and long flights abroad as we were so uncomfortable travelling. Buying clothes on line avoiding the embarrassment of  communal changing rooms and asking for lager sizes, not to mention how unhealthy we were becoming. We were both totally fed up with not losing weight!  

Then we were told about The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, and how it worked! The one to one support was a god send! It  helped keep us stay on track, and helped us to fulfil our goals. We lost 6 stone* between us.

We lost our weight and have kept it off for 10 years. We fell in love with The 1:1 Diet and the results so much that we decided to both become consultants. We now help people to do the same so they can start enjoying their life again, helping their self confidence and self esteem. Our moto is losing weight and feeling great.
