From my late teens I battled with my weight and after having my first daughter I felt I was losing the battle and I got even bigger. Losing weight seemed like an impossible task. My self-confidence hit an all-time low and I found myself avoiding social situations and feeling lower and lower. One day I realised I had got to the stage where my 'big' clothes no longer fitted and I had to make a choice, buy bigger clothes or do something about it. Nervously I picked up the phone to a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and have never looked back. I lost 4 stone* overall and have maintained my weight loss for 13 years! I can honestly say for the first time in my life I am happy with my reflection.
