Hi, I'm Sarah — Multi-Award-Winning 1:1 Diet Consultant
I've been a 1:1 Diet Consultant for over 16 years, and I've also lost 5 stone myself, so I understand this journey from both sides.
At 55, and knowing first-hand how much our bodies can change through midlife and menopause, I understand how frustrating it can feel when what used to work suddenly doesn't.
My approach is simple: no judgement, no lectures and no expectation that you have to be perfect.
Real life happens — meals out, holidays, busy weeks and the occasional "sod it" moment! My job is to help you draw a line under it, get back on track and keep moving forward.
Over the years I've supported thousands of clients with their weight-loss journeys, combining experience, nutritional knowledge, accountability and plenty of encouragement along the way. That includes clients on weight-loss injections like Mounjaro and Wegovy, who still want proper nutritional guidance, support with side effects, and help protecting their muscle and energy alongside the medication.
I'm proud to be an award-winning Consultant and nutrition trained, but for me the most important part of what I do is the relationship I build with my clients.
The 1:1 Diet offers a range of flexible Steps, so together we can choose a plan that suits your lifestyle, your goals — whether or not you're using a GLP-1 medication — and what feels realistic for you.
I offer both face-to-face appointments in Leicestershire and virtual support across the UK, so wherever you are, you can still have regular one-to-one support and accountability.
There's no weigh-in fee and no long-term contract. Most importantly, you're never just buying products and being left to get on with it.
You get me, your own Consultant, supporting you through the good weeks, the tricky weeks and everything in between.
If you're thinking about getting support before Christmas — with or without a GLP-1 medication — message me today and let's have a friendly, no-pressure chat about what could work for you.
Spaces for new clients this side of the new year are limited, so don't wait for Monday, next month, or the "perfect" time.
No judgement. No pressure. Just support.
