My Story
Since my early 20's the weight had crept on, I had tried every diet going in the past, without success, until that is, I tried Cambridge Weight Plan. My friend had done Cambridge Weight Plan and looked amazing, so I decided to try if for myself and very soon I was back to a weight I was over the moon with, whilst feeling so healthy and full of energy! I can empathise with the feelings of frustration and low self-esteem that come from being overweight because I've been there.
