After 10 years of living in Plympton area I have now moved to St Budeaux, I am able to do mobile visits if needed for clients in Plymouth, plympton, Plymstock and all surrounding areas.
On your first visit, I will text you directions to my home address and there is street parking available for you, we will have a chat about you and what you would like to achieve, then we will discuss The 1;1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan in detail, your weight, measurments and BMI will all be done, then the exciting bit of choosing your products.
Having helped so many people to loose weight, I continue to help them by offering a 15 minute appoitment weekly/fortnightly/monthly their choice how often, to come in and get weighed and have a chat to keep them on the right path of maintaining their weight, so the support does'nt stop when you reach your goal, Im always here to help.
