I have learn't over the years of being a consultant how stressed and desprite people are to find someone to help and understand them with their weight loss journey, well i am that person who can help, because i know what its like and ive done the journey myself and lost 6 stone and managed to keep it off.

Thats why I became a consultant in April 2010, offering flexible appointments from one-to-one consultations with me or in a group with your friends and family, at  my home address in Higher St Budeaux Plymouth PL5 2LA where we can relax in private to discus your weight loss journey, or i can come to you. To help your journey and make it easier, I stock the complete range of products to give you the widest variety of choice for your diet plan. I also have a visa/credit card machine.

After 10 years of living in  Plympton area I have now moved to St Budeaux, I am able to do mobile visits if needed for clients in Plymouth, plympton, Plymstock and all surrounding areas.

On your first visit, I will text you directions to my home address and there is street parking available for you, we will have a chat about you and what you would like to achieve, then we will discuss The 1;1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan in detail, your weight, measurments and BMI will all be done, then the exciting bit of choosing your products.

Having helped so many people to loose weight, I continue to help them by offering a 15 minute appoitment weekly/fortnightly/monthly their choice how often, to come in and get weighed and have a chat to keep them on the right path of maintaining their weight, so the support does'nt stop when you reach your goal, Im always here to help.
