My Weight Loss Story
Mention a diet and I’m sure I will have tried it with little or no success. I always seem to end up putting on even more weight. I struggled to find clothes in my size, which could make shopping for clothes, particularly with my slimmer friends, a miserable experience! With The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan I went from a size 20 to 12 in a short space of time.
15 years ago this inspired me to become a Consultant and pass on my experience to others. It's a real pleasure to help others lose weight, and look and feel good.
How I will help you
Initially, I would consult with you on a one-to-one basis, via web chat, telephone or email and together decide on the most appropriate plan for you and then monitor your progress on a weekly basis. Outside of these regular remote meetings I am readily available if you need help or are just having a ‘bad day’. I will guarantee to support and guide you during your weight loss journey and beyond, to help you maintain that loss. I know how hard weight loss can be and guarantee that there will be no judgement only encouragement.
Where I am Located
I cover Nottingham and Derby and all the surrounding areas. I am mobile so can arrange to deliver products to your home, if more convenient for you, or you can collect from me in Chaddesden, Derby.
