From the age of 7 years old I was bullied at school for being overweight. My nickname was “Fatty” for as long as I can remember. The pain I felt inside hurt deeply and I made sure I faded into the background and never drew attention to myself. I had no self-esteem or confidence. My weight held me back in my younger years, teenage years and into my 30s. My weight issue was a constant battle. I tried every diet ever invented but never managed to get to my goal weight, a classic yo-yoer dieter. Then about 7 years’ ago I found Cambridge Weight Plan. I followed SS+ and was amazed at how easy it was to follow and I quickly lost my weight and went from a size 16-18 to a size 8-10 and continue to maintain.  I had only ever dreamt of being this size. My self-esteem and confidence have grown and I am the happiest I have ever been. My weight does not hold me back any more.
