Many of us are looking to lose some weight to feel better, look better  or to slim down for an event/holiday/wedding/ Christmas etc.

We are now able to weigh and measure you personally or provide vitual consultations  supporting you by phone or electronically in the method you prefer.

We work from our home office in Wickham Bishops -  which is between Maldon and Witham.  In addition we cover all surrounding towns and villages in Essex.  We also offer a mobile service , direct to dieter product delivery and we are also happy to visit your home or business premises.

Appointments available in the daytime, evening and weekends. Early appointments from 7.00am and late appointments until 9.30pm also available. 07733 488223

Marie lost 3 stone, on plan, following a severe back injury and has maintained  ,within 7 lbs, over the past 18 years.

Barry supports Marie in busy periodsand provides a male perspective to weight loss .

Whatever your weight loss goals we are here to help and guide you. If you need to learn about nutrition and healthy eating we will share our knowledge with you and guide you through the 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan's 6 Step Weight Loss, Stabilisation, and Maintenance programmes to ensure you reach your goal and stay there. There are over 40 core products, step up meals and delicious cost effective tasty recipes for the higher steps to get you feeling confident, slim and healthy.
