Hi and welcome to our page and the first step towards your very own transformation!

Many of us are looking to lose some weight to feel better, to look better or to slim down for an event/holiday/wedding etc.

We are now able to weigh and measure you personally or provide vitual consultations  supporting you by phone or electronically in the method you prefer.

We work from our home office in Wickham Bishops - which is between Maldon and Witham.  In addition we cover all surrounding towns and villages in Essex.  We also offer a mobile service and we are also happy to visit your home or business premises.

Marie lost 3 stone, on plan, following a severe back injury and has maintained, within 7 lbs, over the past 14 years.

Barry supports Marie in busy periods and provides a male perspective to weight loss .

If you need to learn about nutrition and healthy eating we will share our knowledge with you and guide you through the 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan's 6 Step Weight Loss, Stabilisation, and Maintenance programmes to ensure you reach your goal and stay there. There are over 40 core products, step up meals and delicious cost effective tasty recipes for the higher steps to get you feeling confident, slim and healthy.
