I am from Grimsby and Cleethorpes but live in Leeds, I am wanting to fetch the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan back home. I am going to start with fortnightly appointments but am hoping as we grow to move to weekly. It would be great to hear from you if you are interested .

I moved to Leeds 32 years ago and bought a fish and chip shop, there that's were the weight came from. I have maintained my weight for 12 years now let me show you how to as well. The plan is to open a centre in Grimsby or Cleethorpes and hope to have other consultants working from there too could this be you?

Nothing tastes as good as slim does

I met Amanda 3 years ago when someone at work was doing the diet I had been over weight most of my life, I have spina bifida which I thought I could not really exercise. I went from a size 24 to a 16, then Amanda help me join a gym, organize a personal trainer to make sure I was doing correct exercise , I now go every day and love the fitness and freedom it gives me and my walking has improved so much. Amanda has changed my life
