I found One2One (as Cambridge weight plan) in 2008 following the birth of my son a year earlier and returning to work still wearing my maternity trousers. I can honestly say, Iosing more lbs in my first week than I had in the 12 months prior was an absolute buzz and put an end to all the crazy dieting tricks I had done for most my adult life.

As soon as I met Amanda 12 months ago, I felt so at ease and confident that I was going to lose the last part of my post baby weight.

The plan very easy to use and follow. As I am paying for the products I don’t cheat- that would be a waste of my Money and effort. If you follow the plan you get good results and break bad habits. I really like the shakes. I blend with ice and they aren’t powdery like other brands. I love the bars in particular the mint and orange. I find It’s easy to keep up with at work and on days out . The plan encourages you to drink more water which I feel so much better for. Amanda supports you the whole way through and I love her messages of encouragement on days you’re going to struggle. I enjoy the 1-2-1 aspect - find it more personal. It’s also meant during the current climate we keep in touch via weekly online chats. Amanda also keeps it fun and fresh with little challenges and games.

I started the 1:1Diet Just after losing my sister and after a couple of months comfort eating my weight had gone up to nearly 24 stone I was looking to have surgery ie gastric band , but both my daughter and a friend of mine had done this diet successfully and they both asked me to try it before I had surgery. I decided to try it and am so glad I did. I lost in total 7 stone and found it so easy to follow. This was over 16 months ago now. I started on the One2One diet 7 weeks ago after my sister in law told me about it .   I needed structure with my food, I wasn't eating very well, not eating much through the day then having biscuits and cereal for tea. I'm vegetarian and love the meals that I can have, they are very filling and tasty . I was constantly bloated and it has helped with that I now feel so much better. Amanda is amazing always there to encourage you. She delivers my meals which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend this plan.
