Like most of my clients, I struggled for years and tried every diet on the planet before finding The 1:1 Diet and my life changed forever! I lost 4 stone in approximately 4 1/2 months* and have maintained that loss for 17 years. I'll never claim that it's easy, but "maintenance hard" is 100 times easier than "overweight hard" or "losing weight hard"!!
Since 2009, I’ve helped hundreds of clients lose weight. I’m proud to hold our UK Consultant of the Year and Regional Consultant of the Year (Scotland) awards. It was an honour to win these awards, and a few others, but I continue to ensure that I give the service to my clients that allowed me to win them, I’ve never lost the passion that I’ve had for our plan since day 1. Being a Consultant isn't just about supplying our amazing products, it's about supporting and motivating you and I use all the tools available to me to do so both throughout your weight loss and your maintenance journeys.

I mentor a team of like minded Consultants throughout the UK, including the Western Isles and Ireland/NI, so if I can't meet your needs personally, I will match you up with one of them who I know will suit you. Between us we offer face to face 1:1 support, remote consultations, 7 days a week, backed up with regular motivational messages.
