I am a Multi Award Winning Consultant with over 10 years experience of helping people of all ages and difficulties lose and maintain their weight loss.  I cover the areas of Tadley, Bramley, Sherfield, the Sherbornes, Daneshill, Little Basing, Old Basing and Chineham

I have extensive experience in helping people with complex and chronic health conditions navigate to achieving a healthier weight that in turn helps improve their health. 

This started many years ago while managing my own struggles with chronic and acute health worries in the form of Crohn’s Disease and joint replacement surgery.

Many of my clients have physical issues such as MS, Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, Endometriosis and other life long and challenging conditions that have an impact on how weight loss can be achieved and most importantly maintained. 

As a mum of a pre teen on the spectrum, I have an unique insight into how the complex dynamics of family life can have an unhelpful impact on our abilty to juggle all the demands of family life so offer flexible working times to accomodate slimmers with similar situations and demands on their time.

Slimmer Successes

Being on a diet during a lockdown i thought would have been hard but it turns out its the best time to do it! I've actually got time to think about what i am eating and doing compared to my normal life. Even while studying and working full time its been good. At the beginning of lockdown I was overeating without control of my food. Since starting on 24th April I have lost 1 stone 4 lbs on step 3, and i'm still losing more. There is support on hand and you dont feel like you're doing it alone :)

I made a conscious decision to turn lockdown into something positive. With so many of my usual activities cancelled due to COVID-19, I decided to make myself my new project. Along with following the steps, I've tried to stick to walking for 45 mins - 1 hour 3 times a week and I've been really pleased with the results. I've now lost just over a stone in 5 weeks.
