I love helping people whatever their goals (and challenges), whether it be to look and feel better in their clothes for a holiday or a special occasion. I also have extensive experience in helping people with complex and chronic health conditions to achieving a healthier weight that in turn may help improve their overall health. 

This started many years ago while managing my own struggles with chronic and acute health worries with Crohn’s Disease and joint replacement surgery.

Many of my clients have physical issues such as Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOS, Endometriosis, MS and other life long and challenging conditions that can have an impact on how weight loss is achieved and most importantly maintained. 

As a Mum of a Teenager on the spectrum, I have first-hand insight into how the complex dynamics of family life can have an unhelpful impact on our ability to juggle the demands of family life, so I offer flexible working times to accommodate clients in similar situations and with demands on their time. 

I pride myself with keeping in stock the full range of products.
Payments can be by cash or bank transfer.
