Here's my original story

I gained weight after having 2 children and after ten years of trying unsuccessfully to lose on various diets; I concluded that there must be something different about me; I couldn't lose weight. I discovered Cambridge Weight Plan 2008 and was interested but not expecting results. I thought that I would always be overweight. Wow! How wrong I was!

I lost my weight easily and rapidly (3st lost in 20 weeks*). It's changed my knowledge completely.

2023 update - After gaining back some weight in recent years I got back on track with the 1:1 Diet and lost over 2.5 stone for my wedding
