Nicki is radically different, which is why after losing the weight it was so difficult to stop seeing her.  Nicki brings the human touch that is so important when you visit a weight consultant. If Nicki had been 'just a consultant' I probably would have seen her once and looked for someone else.  Once my decision was made to look for help, I needed help and I wanted the best help there is.  Nicki is 'it'.  She is not only professional, she is also extremely sociable, approachable, funny, kind and empathetic.  She made me feel at ease straight away and I always looked forward to my visits with her.

Thanks to Nicki my 19-year-old daughter has gone back to University lighter. Not only did Nicki have to deal with my daughter's Type 1 diabetes, but also her embarrassment at needing to lose weight. It was Nicki's empathetic, calm, non-judgemental approach and her belief in my daughter that made her achievement possible.  I don't think my daughter would have gone on the Cambridge Plan if it hadn't been for Nicki - her positive attitude and encouragement made us feel we were not alone. As an ex-athlete, I was 120kg and borderline diabetic, depressed and desperate. Six months later, my life has changed and I couldn’t have done it without Nicki's calm, relaxed, understanding manner. I was worried about it being too Rah! Rah! Rah! which would’ve been a big turn off, but Nicki's manner is a perfect match for people going through a most difficult time. Nicki is always kind, funny, helpful and caring, and she’s always there when I need some extra help, offering support, advice and motivation.  Nicki made something that I've been trying to do for years a fun and (mostly) easy journey. I am quite certain that I would NEVER have made it without her, and for that I’ll always be grateful.
