How I lost 8st in 7 months*

I had suffered many years of failed diets, counting points,Calories,Syns,faddy diets.I thought I would never find a weight loss solution that could work for me.

I was a size 32 and unhappy,my health was starting to suffer because of the weight I was carrying around.

One day I found myself where you are today flicking through the Cambridge Weight Plan website looking for a Consultant, it was then that I made the call that would change my life forever. 

Cambridge Weight Plan has changed not only my life,but that of my familes too.  It was so easy to follow,

All I needed was willpower and my Cambridge Weight Plan products and the rest is history..

I have helped 100s of people loose weight ,but the support doesn't end when you have lost weight, I provide long term weight managment to insure the weight stays off.

The one to one consultations and on going support are the key to your success, each week I will weigh you and take measurments and give you the advice and motivation to ensure your sucsess.
