Kate did it!

  • I became a Consultant after the Plan helped me to lose weight.
  • In 2007, I was at rock bottom, wondering where to turn. Fat was the first thing on my mind in the morning and the last thing at night. I was overweight and miserable.
  • Losing weight turned my life around. I lost FOUR STONE and could fit into size 8/10 clothes for the first time since my teens. But the change wasn’t just physical. Since losing weight  I’ve become more confident, my self-esteem is bubbling and I’m a happy and healthy woman. I am happy with who I am !
  • In the years I’ve worked as a 1:1 Diet Independent Consultant, I’ve seen hundreds of people turn their lives around. I’m happy to help YOU too. Losing weight can improve your health and mental well-being. Because I’ve been through the journey, I understand and I’m here to support you.
